CORE VALUES INDEX (CVI), POSITIVE INTELLIGENCE (SABOTEUR ASSESSMENT), 16 PERSONALITY TEST
Overview of the Questionnaire/s
CORE VALUES INDEX (CVI) The Core Values Index (CVI) is the only assessment that measures four innate human energies that drive performance in specific job positions. Over a million CVIs have been completed and the companies using the CVI rate 95% of their hires as Top Performers. The difference between the Core Values Index (CVI) and personality tests is the CVI measures innate preference (suitability) rather than ability or adaptability. It identifies what fulfills someone about the work they do, rather than whether or not they are capable of the work. Resume review and skills-testing take care of the capability component. The CVI handles the critical suitability component. The CVI is the only assessment to showcase the four innate human energies that dictate specific future performance. These drivers dictate the behaviors and desired work that develop self-esteem, causing people to subconsciously seek work they can make their highest contribution. INSTRUCTIONS: CHECK THE "TWO WORDS" IN EACH WORD WHICH MOST RELATE TO YOU - THE WORDS THAT HAVE THE GREATEST VALUE TO YOU. DON'T SPEND MORE THAN 5 SECONDS PER NUMBERS TO BE ANSWERED. COMPLETE ANSWERING ALL THE ITEMS. Saboteurs are the voices in your head that generate the negative emotions in the way you handle life's everyday challenges. They represent automated patterns in your mind for how to think, feel, and respond. They cause all of your stress, anxiety, self-doubt, frustration, restlessness and unhappiness. They sabotage your performance, wellbeing and relationships. Knowing your top Saboteurs - the part of your mind doing you the most damage - is the first step to reducing the harm they cause. The Saboteur Assessment is the first step to identifying your Saboteurs to expose their lies and discredit them. INSTRUCTIONS: KINDLY RATE AND CHOOSE YOUR ANSWER BASED ON WHAT IS MOST APPLICABLE TO YOU MOST OF THE TIME. THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG ANSWER ON THIS TEST. ANSWER EACH STATEMENT AS HONESTLY AS POSSIBLE. 16 PERSONALITY TEST This personality test is useful for understanding yourself and others. Remember that it's alright that it may take you a little more or less time than average to complete the test. And if you get stressed while taking the test, feel free to stop and take it later instead. It's best not to force it if you're having an off day and not to retake the test very often. 1. Be yourself. Base your answers on your natural, core self more than how you've learned to act in specific circumstances - for example, when you're freely doing whatever you wanted versus being at work. Here are some tips on how to take our personality test: 2. Be centered. It's best to take the test when you're in relatively normal (for you) mood. Your emotional state, whether positive or negative, can affect how you answer the questions. 3. Avoid distractions. Take the test when you're not preoccupied with personal thoughts, life events, things in your immediate environment, etc. It's best to focus and not rush. 4. Let majority rule. Base your answers on what's most applicable to you most of the time. If two options seem to be fit, an "If I could pick only one forever, which would it be?" approach can help. 5. Don't overthink it. There are no wrong answers if you're being honest, so try not to argue with yourself about the right answer or be influenced by someone else. Most people's initial response is solid. INSTRUCTIONS: KINDLY RATE AND CHOOSE YOUR ANSWER BASED ON WHAT IS MOST APPLICABLE TO YOU MOST OF THE TIME. THERE IS NO RIGHT OR WRONG ON THIS TEST. ANSWER EACH STATEMENT AS HONESTLY AS POSSIBLE.
